Our constructibility review process allows us to foresee hurdles before we break ground. Adapting to any special requirements or methods before engagement help to prevent adjustments being made after construction begins.
iCON self performs on average 85% of our projects scope. Everything from clearing, site prep, dirt work, underground wet utilities, and concrete paving, we self-perform. We partner with trusted subcontractors to perform asphalt, plumbing, fire lines, dry utilities, SWPPP, signs and striping. We believe that it is best not to be all things to all people. Our experience has proved that you need to be really good at your core disciplines and entrust in qualified professionals that specialize in other disciplines to assist in completing their specific scope.
