Keith comes from humble beginnings being born in Louisiana and raised in Pasadena, Texas. In 1977, he pursued an opportunity with Walter Mischer Construction working on a scraper crew where he started building his unmatched work ethic as a kid – operating a Caterpillar 631B – at only 13 years old. Years later, he was blessed with great mentors and opportunities to shine in the Automotive industry as the Houston Division General Manager of CarQuest Automotive.
Then, in 1996 he first started his Civil General Contracting firm with nothing but “THE WANT TO” and over 26 years he and his team hired, trained and employed over 400 experienced administrators, estimators, project managers and skilled field personnel. His experience in administration and operations allowed him to understand and implement superb programs, and management skills and grow a successful business from the ground up.

Chris is a progressive leader working with and alongside his dedicated father for 22 years. Beginning his career at the ripe age of 12, operating a Volvo A25 off-road truck for Keith’s Contracting firm, Chris worked through the summers learning to operate machinery, read plans and shoot grades. Starting his full-time position as the assistant to the Chief Estimator. Chris worked through many positions rising to the Director of Field Operations. Since managing 36 crews with over 400 crew members. Chris has extensive knowledge of proper industry processes and procedures. He conducts constructability reviews, assists with estimating, implements pre-construction checklists, artfully coordinates field operations, and works with the EOR to bring the Clients plan to fruition.
